Boy, Some of those girls look pretty mature for high school students. And a lot of those uniforms are pretty damn short too!
But, it’s not just students, though... You don’t see that many miniskirts in 40-degree weather in SF.

Yes, loose, long socks everywhere. Not on the schoolgirls with minis, though. Guess they'd rather suffer for style.
