Well, I took nearly 9 weeks, but I finally finished viewing from start to finish all 96 episodes of Maison Ikkoku, plus the movie.
Not bad for a series that had its broadcast run from 1986–1988, eh?
I think I saw my first episode in the early 90s. I’d given up after seeing maybe ¾ of the series, in random order, for lack of access. At the rate Viz is putting this out on DVD, It probably would’ve taken another couple years. Thanks, BitTorrent!
Hmmm… What next? How many episodes of Inuyasha are there?

Congrats! Should've sent me a bunch of six-pack VHS tapes and I would've copied the entire thing for ya. Had 'em since college.

Never occurred to me to ask.
BTW, What’s the dillio with the OP and ED in English for just one episode? Neither of the songs is even used within that particular episode, although you can hear “Alone Again” in either the next or following one. Can’t be a licensing thing, because it’s in the song collections.

Heh, I used to know the answer to that but have forgotten in my old age. ;-) But I believe it was a licensing issue. They might have ironed it out later on but not at that time when those episodes were airing.
