Yeah so like you said it's either buying now at the high prices and taking advantage of the relatively low interest rates or continuing to wait (what, 5 years and counting now?) for a possible pop that will happen during a period of high interest rates and lower (but maybe not low enough) prices. *sigh* Well, it's not like I'm buying as an investment. Just don't want to give away so much money on rent anymore.
